MANAGER - CORPORATE PLANNING & INVESTOR RELATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new investments opportunities.
• Formulate corporate strategies and structure corporate proposals in line with corporate strategies.
• Prepare, collate, review and submit all documents for all corporate execises to relevant authorities.
• Liase, co-ordinate and communicate with other advisors and relevant authorities for all corporate exercise.
• Formulate policies and execute programs for the newly created Investor Relation department.
• Co-ordinate, analyse and prepare presentations for Investor Relation initiatives.
• Prepare financial forecasts and projections and corporate proposal paper for evaluation and strategic business planning.

Requirements:

• Relevant professional qualification or degree in accounting.
• Member of MIA.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in corporate planning or corporate finance preferably with a merchant bank.
• Familiar with listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia and the Capital Market and Services Act.
• A few year of audit experience with big 4 audit firms would be an advantage.
• Able to meet tight datelines.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good working knowledge of IT and Microsoft applications.
