ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

• Managing the financial accounting functions of the manufacturing and export subsidiary and associate companies of listed company. Establishing proper accounting procedures and system to record all transactions accurately and promptly.
• Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to relevant Financial Reporting Standards.
• Ensuring the proper conduct of all banking facilities.
• Preparing costings and analysing variances.
• Preparation of forecast and annual budgets.
• Ability to lead, coach and supervise subordinates.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers on regulatory matters and others.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Recognized Degree or Professional qualification in accounting.
• Member of MIA.
• At least 5 year(s) of related working experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Conversant with the latest Financial Reporting Standards.
• Able to handle tight reporting deadlines.
• Applicant must be willing to be based in Banting.
• Positive and pro-active attitude.
• High degree of integrity, maturity and pleasant personality.
• An independent and dynamic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES

Requirements:

• LCCI higer or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in the audit background.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry.
• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• Knowledge of UBS accounting software is an advantage.

LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience preferable with shipping and forwarding agents.
• Able to handle fullset of import and export documentations.
• Strong contacts within the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Full proficiency with spreadsheet.
