- Degree or Advance Diploma in QS / Architectural / Building.
- Knowledgeable in costing and estimation of furniture and interior fit -out works.
- Strong grounding in contracts management.
- Familiar in Tendering process, able to work under pressure for working out tender on time.
- Resourceful for alternative proposal for Tender.
- Familiar in Microsoft spreadsheet application is essential.

- Minimum 3 years work experience.
- Must have previous working experience in an architect firm doing architectural
detailing.

- LCCI higher or equipment.
- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in the audit background.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Knowledge of UBS accounting software is an advantage.

- Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or industrial design.
- Minimum 1 year experience preferably in built-in kitchen business, space
